JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
You will take on a leadership role in planning and assuring the execution of the quality assurance strategy for a new Mirapoint product or a major product component. Your knowledge, experience,and drive will enable you to make a significant contribution to the successful and timely shipment of that product.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- 5-7 years of experience BSCS or equivalent
- An in-depth understanding of quality assurance techniques backed by relevant experience
- Experience which reflects the entire software process life cycle
- A strong UNIX background
- Development experience in C (or Java or C++)
- Experience with several scripting languages (e.g. perl, tcl, awk, xml, etc.)
- Excellent communications skills
- A commitment to quality, not just to testing
- Expertise in one or more of the following areas: networking protocol testing, performance measurement, high-availability validation, test automation, SAN/NAS/RAID testing, or OS testing

Must have the ability to communicate at al different levels of the organization
