| Mike Briggs, Director of IT, George Washington University Law School
Mike Briggs is the Director of Information Technology Operations for the George Washington School of Law. The Law School is the technical benchmark for its peers. Mr. Briggs has been at the Law School for 16 years – beginning with transitioning the school from typewriter to desktop through recently designing and implementing the first departmental wireless network on GWU campus. He is a member of numerous university committees focused on information security, information technology, etc. He has been a speaker at various conferences and alumni presentations. Mr. Briggs graduated from the University of Florida.

| Dale B. Hulvey, Assistant Vice President of Information Technology, James Madison University
Dale Hulvey serves as the Assistant Vice President for Information Technology at James Madison University. In this position he provides overall leadership, vision and management of the IT organization consisting of three departments, Computing Support, Information Systems and Technical Services. He has worked in IT at JMU for 20 years in various roles and served as Director, Technical Services in Information Technology prior to being named AVP in 2002. He has led and participated in many IT projects at JMU and was the technical project manager for the university’s PeopleSoft ERP implementations.
Dale has a BS in Computer Science and a MBA from James Madison University.
