The right fit for RSA Security

RSA Security deployed Mirapoint’s RazorGate 450 email security appliances to secure and protect more than 1,200 users on their existing Microsoft Exchange server. Prior to purchasing the RazorGate appliances, RSA Security utilized anti-virus software running on a general-purpose server platform located at the edge of their network. RSA Security quickly realized that a better all-encompassing security solution was needed to address spam, viruses, SMTP port security, and other emerging threats related to incoming and outgoing traffic. Additionally, the new solution had to be fully interoperable with RSA Security’s existing Exchange email servers. RSA Security evaluated a number of solutions but ultimately found Mirapoint’s RazorGate appliances offered a more industrial-strength solution to meet their complete email security requirements.
